I have been coming here for the past three years. The staff is amazing! So sweet they go out of their way to accommodate you! Tina is beyond words. Her waxing is so clean and perfect no pain. She always ask am I ok?, is the wax too hot ect. She gives the best mani pedi. The salon is so clean and sanitized. Mist probably shut down Bc of sh*tty and cheap service and their thinned out polish. You get what you pay for at the end of the day. My nails last two weeks and I don't do gel.

I decided to try this place out to find a nail salon where my girls and I can get our nails done for my wedding. I showed them a picture of a nail design I wanted (it was a pink/white ombre with some jewels) and asked if they could do it. They said they could and had the same jewels. My nails came out nothing like the picture and the "jewels" were totally different. The lady was really nice, but didn't do a good job. The ombre was splotchy and there were air bubbles. Definitely not worth the $50 they charged. I won't be coming back here.

So today I decided to go to try a new place NEVER again . I was greeted when I first walked in really nice . I told the lady what I wanted was a spa pedicure and gel manicure. I will start by saying that the pedicure lady was horrible she was extremely rough and she kept putting extremely hot towels on my feet/ legs every time she used one. Then the massage that came with the spa pedicure she was horrible kept telling her she was hurting me all she did was nod . Then the manicure she cut my cuticles after I told her not to she started it so I let her finish it she made three of nails bleed. There was never a smile or eye contact or conversation. I am not sure but if you go to a new place they should be more friendly. Young was the one who was working on me and I will NEVER go back again . All she told me was $70.00 and do you need change .HORRIBLE PLACE Safe your money and go to MIST 1000% better.

So I just left Essence Nails salon next to meat farms and I am beyond unhappy with the service I received today. I got a fill in for my gel tips and when the owner started my nails she told me to get a dark color to cover up my old French and get the French next time because it wouldn't look good. I said okay but made it clear that I really did want the French and quietly agreed when she picked out a color she liked and I thought was pretty. My nail tech was Tina and she was amazing and super sweet but once she put the first coat on one of my hands I realized I really didn't like the color. So I asked if we could just do the French because I wasn't happy with the way the color looked with my skin and just in general. She said we wouldn't have time so I said I could come back tomorrow. She then told me the owner said I would have to come back and spend $25 to have them changed after I had already spent $70 today and hundreds since they've opened. I was quite upset and left and shortly returned after to speak with the owner myself. She told me she was giving me a discount by having me pay $25 instead of $35 to get them fixed and I began to explain why I was upset and didn't understand why she was going to charge me to fix something I really didn't like. We began to argue because she insisted I only spent $60 on my nails and because I spent $10 on the massage I received that there was no reason why she shouldn't t charge me. I was so appalled and then stated that she's the one who continued to tell me earlier that getting French wouldn't look good and to get a color. That's when she called me a liar and continued to tell me if I want them fixed I need to pay. I'm so beyond upset right now! I hate the way this color looks and cannot believe that this business owner cares so little for her customers that she would act the way she did and then attempt to blame me for being unhappy with her service. I will definitely never be going here again especially since I've given them multiple chances even when I've heard and seen so many issues occur here. So upset. I hope nobody else has to ever experience this.
